Enjoyed Turkey day with my brother & his wife. (He called and invited himself) It was nice to see them, haven't seen each other since they got married last year.
Went to bed with the rain pouring down and the wind whipping. Just starting to fall asleep when I hear "plop". I am determined to ignore it. "Plop". "Honey, I think the ceiling is leaking." On come the lights and sure enough the ceiling is dripping right on our pillows. Oh the joy of living in a mobile home.
My ingenious husband comes back to the bedroom with a electric screwdriver, hmm not sure where this is leading. He then proceeds to put a screw in the beam over the head of our bed. He then comes back with a hanging plant, ok very clever. Hang the plant under the drip, this worked very nicely. He is now up on the roof putting sealant down.
